BOQ Group is seeking a Product Manager – Specialised Lending to shape and evolve our specialised lending portfolio, focusing on Home Loans, construction lending, and related consumer finance products. You will drive product performance, pricing, policy, governance and regulatory compliance, partnering across Distribution, Credit, Operations, Technology and Risk.

• Home lending experience is essential

• Experience working across policy, pricing, governance and risk controls

Responsibilities

• Oversee full product lifecycle for specialised lending portfolio
• Lead initiatives in pricing, policy, governance and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with Distribution, Credit, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal and Risk teams
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve customer outcomes
• Deliver data-driven recommendations and track post-implementation reviews
