LEAP Legal Software in Sydney is seeking a Client Success Manager to support law firms and their staff, driving retention and growth through proactive account management and hands-on product demonstrations.

You will travel within Australia, build trusted client relationships, log activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with Implementations, Renewals and Product teams to address client needs and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working in a law firm and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
• Proven ability to negotiate and achieve commercial outcomes with clients.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to present LEAP features to groups.

Responsabilités

• Maximise client productivity by demonstrating new LEAP features and products.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Principals, Practice Managers and stakeholders to improve productivity and utilisation.
