Hastings Deering, Archerfield in Brisbane, is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our Procurement team on a permanent full-time basis. You will support supplier onboarding, governance and compliance, working with stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement operations across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, procurement, compliance, finance or a similar support environment.
• Strong attention to detail with high-quality data and documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proactive and solutions‑focused approach to procurement challenges.

Responsibilities

• Supporting supplier onboarding and vendor governance activities.
• Managing supplier compliance requirements, including insurance documentation and renewals.
• Assisting with supplier due diligence and modern slavery compliance processes.
• Maintaining accurate supplier and procurement data across business systems.
• Building strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting procurement systems, workflows and approval processes.
• Assisting with investigation and resolution of procurement process and system issues.
• Monitoring compliance activity and following up with suppliers to keep documentation current.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the supplier experience.
• Supporting the broader Procurement team across operational and continuous improvement initiatives.
