Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd in Archerfield, Brisbane is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our procurement team on a permanent full-time basis. You will support supplier onboarding, governance and compliance while maintaining accurate data across business systems.

• Experience in administration, procurement, compliance, finance or a similar support environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting supplier onboarding and vendor governance activities.
• Managing supplier compliance requirements, including insurance documentation and renewals.
• Assisting with supplier due diligence and modern slavery compliance processes.
• Maintaining accurate supplier and procurement data across business systems.
• Building strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting procurement systems, workflows and approval processes.
• Assisting with the investigation and resolution of procurement process and system-related issues.
• Monitoring compliance activity and following up with suppliers to ensure documentation remains current.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall supplier experience.
• Supporting the broader Procurement team across a range of operational and continuous improvement initiatives.
