Scentre Group is seeking a Process Improvement Lead to help Centre Teams deliver operations more consistently across Westfield destinations. You will map current processes, apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or Agile to identify opportunities, and drive change while preserving governance and compliance.

The role is permanent and full-time, based on-site. You will partner with Centre Teams and support offices, develop a prioritised improvement pipeline, and lead workshops to implement practical

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading process improvement or business transformation in complex operational environments.
• Ability to map current processes, controls and ways of working across multiple teams.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance mindset with evidence-based decision making.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Centre Teams and support office teams to map current processes, controls and ways of working.
• Use data and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile) to identify opportunities and build cases for change.
• Develop and manage a prioritised pipeline of improvement initiatives aligned with priorities.
• Lead workshops and implementation activities to embed sustainable change.
• Ensure improvements simplify work while maintaining governance and compliance.
