You will act as the go-to person for emails, calls, meetings, reports and supplier communications, anticipating needs and keeping a tight, proactive calendar.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant or related role.
• Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent required.
• Discretion and calendar management skills essential.

Aufgaben

• Actioning emails, screening calls and enquiries.
• Coordinating meetings and functions, including agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
• Preparing reports, including monthly progress updates.
• Processing expense claims, purchase orders and credit card reconciliations.
• Requesting supplier quotes and keeping the office running smoothly.
