Tyree Transformers in Mittagong, NSW, is seeking a Press Operator to join the Fabrication Team. Reporting to the Fabrication Manager and Team Leader, you will operate CNC press brakes, read drawings and ensure quality while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

The role supports production schedules, requires attention to detail, and offers Monday–Friday work with overtime during busy periods, plus career development opportunities.

About the Role

Due to its rapid and ongoing growth, the Company now has an exciting opportunity for a Press Operator to join the Fabrication Team. Reporting to the Fabrication Manager and Team Leader, this role will be responsible for:

• Monitor machine operations and perform routine checks
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area
• Operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts as per Tyree's design specifications
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
• Set up machines, change tooling, and perform quality checks
• Maintain production schedules and report machine issues promptly
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean work area

About You
