Job summary

You will lead technical discovery, design deployment blueprints, and partner with Account Executives to drive adoption and expansion while leveraging AI-driven workflows to reduce toil and improve outcomes. Travel is expected 20–50%.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Travel up to 20–50% to attend customer meetings, conferences and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
• Own onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion as the primary technical contact.
• Drive quarterly business reviews and translate platform capabilities into business value for executives.
• Act as trusted advisor on AI control layers, security posture, and deployment confidence.
• Leverage AI agents and workflows to automate routine tasks and free up time for strategy.
• Partner with Enablement to design technical resources and SOPs.
