Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience interfacing with product or engineering organizations.
• Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML deployments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams during technical evaluation phases to assess feasibility and shape adoption.
• Lead upfront technical design for enterprise AI solutions, ensuring secure integration into data pipelines and identity.
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues and test workarounds.
• Serve as liaison to Product and Engineering, translating field feedback into feature requests.
• Steer implementation strategy with architectural foresight while coordinating with customer teams.
