Cloudflare Sydney is seeking a Customer Engineer to drive the technical go-to-market strategy, bridging architecture and business value for enterprise clients. You will guide pre-sales validation, onboarding, deployment, and expansion, while leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce admin work and focus on high-value design and outcomes.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to white-board, design and articulate complex enterprise network/ security architectures.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environments.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for executives and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Technical validation: lead discovery, capture requirements, map customer infra to Cloudflare architectures.
• Customer onboarding and migration guidance; act as lead consultant for customer engineering teams.
• Drive expansion through quarterly business reviews and risk assessment.
• Act as trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, guiding architecture and deployment confidence.
• Leverage AI-driven workflows to automate routine tasks and improve time-to-value.
• Develop technical resources and SOPs with Enablement Team to raise technical baseline.
