Job summary

Atturra is seeking a Presales Solutions Architect for Managed Services in Sydney. You will design and present tailored managed services solutions spanning infrastructure, cloud, network, security and workplace services, guiding pre-sales activities and helping convert opportunities into delivered services.

With 5+ years in solutions architecture and managed services, you will engage with sales teams, lead technical workshops, and craft compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Solutions Architect.
• Minimum 5 years involved with Managed Services.
• Significant experience designing enterprise solutions across Cisco, HPE, Microsoft; focus on Cisco switching and data centre solutions with strong security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end managed services solutions across infrastructure, cloud, network, security and workplace services.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with service capabilities and delivery models.
• Lead technical presentations, workshops and discovery sessions with clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and position appropriate managed services offerings.
