Job summary

Atturra is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead customer engagements and design activities across ServiceNow transformation initiatives. The role translates business objectives into practical, secure, scalable solutions while staying close to implementation outcomes.

Operating at Senior to Principal level, you will provide technical delivery leadership, support presales and mentor delivery practitioners, contributing reusable architecture patterns and assets across

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in ServiceNow solution architecture or platform delivery.
• Ability to lead customer workshops and translate needs into implementable ServiceNow designs.
• Strong understanding of configuring, extending, integrating, securing and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven ability to produce delivery-ready architecture artefacts and design documentation.
• Experience guiding multidisciplinary technical delivery teams and presales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design activities from discovery to implementation and transition.
• Balance standard platform capabilities with integration and delivery constraints.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams including consultants, developers, testers and PMs.
• Contribute to presales through solution definitions, estimates and demonstrations.
• Mentor and develop capability within the ServiceNow Practice and share reusable assets.
