Job summary

ISS is seeking a Workplace Concierge in Melbourne to deliver exceptional client experiences across workplace and event spaces. You will lead site tours, oversee banquet operations and AV setup, and act as the face of the client brand with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

The role requires outstanding service, excellent communication, and the ability to work unsupervised while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Weekend-free schedule may apply.

Qualifications

• Strong background in hospitality or customer service with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse groups.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication, with professional presentation.
• Engagement with C-suite level stakeholders is desirable.
• Must obtain a police check dated within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Banquet operations and AV setup for events.
• Provide a friendly and engaging welcoming experience and customer service.
• Represent ISS professionally as a trusted partner to the client.
• Support safety culture, hazard reporting and compliance requirements.
• Deliver proactive and high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure meeting rooms are reset, stocked and equipment issues resolved.
• Maintain and showcase the site/floors as the corporate image.
