ISS is seeking a Workplace Host / Concierge at the Docklands Head Office in Melbourne. You will deliver a warm, professional welcome and superior client-facing service while ensuring spaces run smoothly.

The role focuses on attending events, maintaining safety standards, and representing ISS with polish. Ideal candidates have strong hospitality or customer service experience, sharp presentation, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong background in hospitality or customer service with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences.
• Excellent personal presentation and verbal & written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Good time management, self-motivated, organized and able to work unsupervised.
• Able to provide a clear police check dated in the last 12 months and meet other compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and engaging welcome experience and customer service as the face of our customer brand.
• Represent ISS professionally and support contract success and continuous improvement.
• Understand and promote safety cultures and zero-harm practices.
• Deliver proactive, predictive service and excellence in daily operations.
• Ensure meeting rooms are reset, stocked, and equipment issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain the assigned site/floors as the corporate showcase for visitors.
• Monitor and update relevant process documents and listings; manage mailboxes.
• Support client events, activations, and community interactions; drive sustainability considerations.
