Job summary

Swissport is hiring an Aspire Lounge Supervisor in Melbourne to lead a team of Lounge Agents and deliver exceptional guest experiences across premium lounges. You will manage daily operations, ensure high service standards, and coach staff to exceed guest expectations while aligning with airline schedules.

You will supervise check-in processes, capacity planning, stock control, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and lounge policies, fostering a collaborative team culture and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in premium hospitality or lounge operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Knowledge of RSA and Food Safety requirements.
• Flexible to varying shifts aligned to airline schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate Lounge Agents to deliver outstanding guest service across all lounge areas.
• Ensure lounge operations run efficiently: guest check-in, capacity management, stock control, and reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and service standards in all lounge areas.
• Monitor guest flow and adjust staffing during peak periods.
• Support team in resolving guest inquiries or issues for a positive outcome.
• Ensure compliance with airline contracts, lounge policies and health & safety regulations.
• Conduct team briefings, provide performance feedback and assist rostering.
• Foster a strong team culture with collaboration and accountability.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and service providers for seamless operations.
