Job summary

Swissport is seeking an Aspire Lounge Supervisor in Melbourne to lead a team of Lounge Agents and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high service standards, and support your team to exceed guest expectations across a premium lounge environment.

You will work across shifts aligned with airline schedules, demonstrating professionalism and a guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium hospitality or lounge operations.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Knowledge of RSA and Food Safety requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate Lounge Agents to deliver outstanding guest service across all lounge areas.
• Ensure lounge operations run efficiently: guest check-in, capacity management, stock control, and reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and service standards in all lounge areas including reception and barista station.
• Monitor guest flow and adjust staffing for peak periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Support team members in resolving guest inquiries or issues and achieve positive outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with airline contracts, lounge policies, and health & safety regulations.
