Job summary

Swissport Australia is seeking a friendly and professional Aspire Lounge Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Sydney lounge. You will be the first impression, welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, and guiding them through dining and beverage options while considering dietary needs.

Job Summary

As an Aspire Lounge Agent, you are the vital first impression and set the tone for each guest’s experience. Your responsibilities range from providing a warm and welcoming check-in to ensuring guests feel comfortable and informed throughout their stay.

This all-rounder role will require you to work across a shift pattern aligned with airline schedules. Your adaptability and dedication are key to ensuring that each guest feels at ease and ready to relax. From the moment they arrive, you will be their primary point of contact, offering support and creating a pleasant atmosphere.

This position demands excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. By excelling in these areas, you will help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

Your activities

• Consistently engage with guests in a professional manner, personalizing their experience whenever possible.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of reception, barista station, buffet area, and amenities to ensure a pristine presentation.
• Engage with guests while serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and guide guests to food and drink options available including knowledge of dietary and allergen information.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of all Aspire Lounge brands, services, and products.
• Manage lounge capacity based on bookings, invitations, passenger forecasts, and traffic flow.
• Understand and adhere to airline contract requirements and various entry channels into the lounge.
• Collaborate effectively with service provider contractors and internal stakeholders as a cohesive team.
• Ensure accurate reporting, stock receiving, and timely billing processes.
• Demonstrate a customer-centric and team-oriented approach with a resilient and can-do attitude.
• Replenish stock levels when required.
• Responsible for clearing and cleaning of tables when guests vacate.
