Job summary

Swissport Australia is seeking a friendly and professional Aspire Lounge Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Sydney lounge. You will be the first impression, welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, and guiding them through dining and beverage options while considering dietary needs.

Engage with guests, serve drinks, and provide dietary/allergen information as needed.
Know Aspire Lounge brands, services, and products; understand lounge capacity and bookings.
Collaborate with contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely reporting.
