Accor in Sydney seeks a Concierge Executive to warmly welcome tenants and visitors, based in the building lobby and roaming the precinct.

You will be the face of Accor to clients, delivering premium customer service, sharing local knowledge, and supporting tenant activation efforts.

This role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and a commitment to Accor values and CX training.

Qualifications

• A strong customer/hospitality/hotel background with demonstrated experience in delivering exemplary customer service.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in a customer experience role.
• Strong passion for people, curating experiences for others and in leading premium service delivery.
• National Police Check required.

Responsabilités

• Greet, welcome and serve tenants and visitors at the asset.
• Act as a knowledge source about the asset and local precinct.
• Provide services that add convenience, exclusivity, community and utility.
• Based in the lobby with roving engagement around the building precinct.
• Be the face of Accor to tenants and visitors and represent the brand alongside the Client.
• Identify opportunities to innovate the customer experience via feedback and trends.
• Adhere to best practice tools, participate in CX training and quality assurance programs.
• Embrace Accor values and model the spirit in all actions.
