Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality in a corporate setting.
• Ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions with discretion.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal; second language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct floor walks and elevate guest experience.
• Follow up with staff/guests to ensure expectations are met.
• Coordinate with client teams for meeting preparation and resources.
• Manage the client suites environment for cleanliness and brand consistency.
• Assist with technology and presentation equipment in meeting rooms.
• Arrange and oversee catering and manage wayfinding within suites.
• Manage visitor bookings and issue passes with security liaison.
• Direct deliveries and support at peak times; oversee turnstile movement.
