Job summary

National Rugby League (NRL) is seeking a Premium Hospitality Administrator to join our Commercial team in Sydney to manage hospitality sales data and inventory across major events. You will work with Hospitality, Sales, Partnerships and Finance to ensure invoicing, reporting and data accuracy support revenue management and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Event Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years’ experience in administration, finance, inventory or sales support.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong financial accuracy in invoicing, payments and reconciliations.
• Excellent organisation, time-management and data quality.
• Experience with online sales or event-management platforms (Event Chain, Monday.com) is desirable.
• Project management experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate hospitality inventory across systems.
• Reconcile sales against inventory allocations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare regular sales and inventory reports highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Raise invoices and process payments; reconcile financial reports.
• Coordinate post-event financial reconciliations and revenue validation.
• Manage hospitality inbox and respond within one business day.
• Assist with government reporting relating to hospitality attendance.
• Identify opportunities to improve hospitality systems, processes and controls.
• Ensure currency conversions and cost accruals are accurate.
