Job summary

National Rugby League (NRL) is seeking a Senior Ticketing Coordinator to coordinate ticketing operations across major events, including ticket builds, inventory, reporting and event-day delivery.

You will work with clubs, venues, partners and agencies to ensure requirements are delivered on time, resolve issues and maintain data and processes. Ideal candidates have 2 years in a similar role, experience with Ticketek/Ticketmaster, strong organisational skills and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a similar ticketing role.
• Experience using Ticketek and Ticketmaster.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• The ability to prepare, analyse and interpret ticket sales and operational reports.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ticket builds, on-sale activities and quality assurance, including pricing, seating categories and ticket products.
• Manage ticket inventory, allocations, holds, releases, fulfilment and reconciliations.
• Support ticketing operations from event planning through to event-day delivery.
• Process ticketing requests for clubs, partners, venues, hospitality providers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate ticket sales, inventory, operational and post-event reports.
• Maintain ticketing records, dashboards and administrative processes.
• Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries within agreed service levels.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams, clubs, venues, partners and ticketing agencies.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve operational issues and elevate complex matters as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve ticketing systems, processes and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to support business outcomes.
