Team Global Express is seeking 2 Premium Service Coordinators to join the Priority – Specialised Services team at Melbourne Airport. Two full-time positions available: 1 permanent full-time and 1 full-time fixed-term until 12 November 2027.

You will monitor high-priority freight consignments from pickup to delivery and provide customers with timely updates while working with operations, depots and drivers. The role requires experience in customer service or logistics, strong communication,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, transport or logistics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on service excellence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high-priority freight consignments from pickup to delivery.
• Proactively track freight and intervene when delays or service issues arise.
• Keep customers informed with timely and accurate shipment updates.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Liaise with depots, operations teams and drivers to resolve freight issues.
• Investigate delays and coordinate recovery solutions.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and applications.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and deliver outstanding customer service.
