Job summary

Team Global Express is seeking two Premium Services Coordinators for the Priority – Specialised Services team at Melbourne Airport. You will monitor high-priority freight from pickup to delivery and provide proactive updates to customers, working closely with depots, operations and drivers.

The role requires sharp communication, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, with Monday–Friday hours and a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high-priority freight consignments from pickup to delivery.
• Proactively track freight and intervene when delays arise.

• Liaise with depots, operations teams and drivers to resolve freight issues.
• Investigate delays and coordinate recovery solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and applications.

About the Role

We're looking for 2 customer-focused Premium Services Coordinators to join our Priority – Specialised Services team based at Melbourne Airport.

We have 2 full-time opportunities available:

1 x Permanent Full-Time Position

In this fast-paced role, you’ll monitor high-priority freight consignments from collection through to delivery, ensuring every shipment is tracked closely and customers receive timely, accurate updates throughout the journey. You’ll work closely with operations, depots and drivers to proactively resolve issues, minimise delays and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

Rotating roster between 8:00am and 5:30pm

Same working hours apply to both positions.

What You'll Do
