Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is hiring a Concierge for Experience Services in a front-of-house role. You will welcome guests, answer requests, and provide local recommendations, building a helpful knowledge base for the building and its occupants.

Your day involves coordinating activities, logging requests, and ensuring a high standard of service and safety. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality or premium concierge and a knack for anticipating needs, with strong interpersonal skills and a supervisory

Qualifications

5+ years in hospitality, concierge, or premium customer service.
Deep knowledge of local restaurants, transport, venues and services.
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building with guests and tenants.
Experience with shift management or supervision is preferred.
Comfort with common workplace tools (email, documents, spreadsheets, scheduling).

Responsibilities

Greet employees, guests and visitors and direct them appropriately.
Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities with prompt, reliable answers.
Record and log service requests, tracking to closure.
Build and maintain a local recommendations database for quick, useful responses.
Deliver customer service that encourages referrals of contacts and associates.
Follow security and emergency procedures to keep occupants safe.
Guide the team on practices and resolve complex service issues to meet goals.
