Job summary

Caruso is seeking a hands-on Concierge Supervisor to lead the on-site Concierge team and ensure exceptional guest and tenant interactions across the property. You will support the Concierge Manager, step in during their absence, and model high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires management of scheduling, training, feedback, and escalation handling, with regular MOD duties on weekends and involvement in seasonal activations and events to boost guest experiences.
