Qualificações

• Experience in appliance repair and fault-finding across whiteware or related electronics.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and service documents.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to customer locations.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver in-home service experiences with professionalism and expertise.
• Diagnose, repair, and test premium appliances to high standards.
• Assess performance and communicate recommendations clearly to customers.
• Maintain van stock of spare parts for efficiency and first-time fixes.
• Complete service records, quotations, and reports accurately and timely.
