Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances is seeking a Service Technician to join our NSW team. You will be the face of the brand in customers' homes, delivering hands-on service and solutions with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll receive comprehensive training across our premium appliance range and work with experienced technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain products to the highest standard while upholding safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Appliance repair, fault-finding and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics and service documentation.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home service experiences with professionalism and customer-first mindset.
• Diagnose, repair, test premium appliances and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain van stock of spare parts and maximize first-time fix rate.
• Complete service documentation, quotations, and job records accurately.
