Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances is seeking a Service Technician to join our team across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia. You’ll be the face of the brand in customers' homes, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining our premium appliances with a commitment to safety and quality.

You’ll receive training, work with experienced technicians, and advance your technical expertise while delivering exceptional customer experiences and service documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics and service documentation.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-first mindset with professional communication.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel to customer locations.
• Experience with Fisher & Paykel products is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home service experiences representing the Fisher & Paykel brand.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test premium appliances to high standards.
• Assess performance and communicate recommendations clearly to customers.
• Maintain van stock of spare parts to maximise first-time fix rates.
• Complete service documentation, quotations and records accurately and on time.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies while delivering service.
