Responsibilities

• Diagnose product faults and identify the right solution.
• Complete service and repair to high technical and safety standards.
• Work toward effective first-time resolution where possible.
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and next steps.
• Treat customers' homes and appliances with care and respect.
• Maintain high standards of preparation, presentation and professionalism.
• Use digital tools and service knowledge to support diagnosis.
• Keep knowledge current as new products/tech are introduced.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Take ownership of safety, quality and the customer experience from arrival to completion.
