Fisher & Paykel is seeking a Service Technician to join our Queensland team. You will diagnose, repair, and service premium appliances in customers’ homes, delivering exceptional in-home experiences with a customer-first approach.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and work alongside experienced technicans, while maintaining safety and quality standards and supporting van stock management and service documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in appliance repair, fault-finding and troubleshooting in domestic appliances or similar technical fields.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Professional, customer-first mindset with clear communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver in-home service experiences, representing the Fisher & Paykel brand with professionalism.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and test premium appliances to high standards.
• Assess performance and communicate recommended repair solutions to customers.
• Maintain van stock of spare parts to maximise first-time fix rates.
• Complete service documentation, quotations and job records accurately and timely.
• Maintain safety, quality and regulatory compliance in all work.
