• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and provide long-term solutions.
• Customer-first mindset with professional communication and service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Deliver in-home service experiences with professionalism and expertise.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test premium appliances to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Assess performance, identify the best repair solution, and communicate recommendations to customers.
• Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts to maximise first-time fix rates.
• Complete service documentation, quotations and records accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety, quality and regulatory standards and continue technical training.
