Qualifications

• Previous experience in appliance repair, fault-finding and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and service documentation.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify root causes.
• Customer-first mindset with professional communication.
• Current driver's licence and ability to travel to customer locations.
• Experience servicing premium appliances will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home service experiences, representing the Fisher & Paykel brand with professionalism, expertise, and a customer-first mindset.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test premium appliances, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality outcomes for customers.
• Assess product performance, identify the most effective repair solution, and clearly communicate recommendations and next steps to customers.
• Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory to maximise efficiency and first-time fix rates.
• Complete service documentation, quotations, and job records accurately, while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
• Complete service documentation, customer records, quotations, and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and operational excellence, ensuring all work meets company and regulatory standards.
• Continuously develop your technical expertise through training, product knowledge, and collaboration with colleagues to deliver best-in-class customer outcomes
