Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a private banking professional to drive business development and manage a nationwide portfolio of high-net-worth deposit clients (typically $1m+). You will qualify inbound, outbound and web-to-lead prospects and collaborate with Banking Solutions and Private Bank Advice teams for end-to-end client experiences.

You will work in a risk-aware, policy-driven environment, ensuring accurate records and compliant service delivery while building trusted client

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or wealth management
• Proven sales success and client relationship experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• RG146 certification or equivalent
• Salesforce proficiency is advantageous
• Knowledge of consumer and business lending policies
• Commerce/Banking/Finance degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by qualifying inbound, outbound and web-to-lead prospects
• Manage and nurture a nationwide High-Net-Worth deposit client portfolio
• Act as primary point of contact and coordinate delivery of banking solutions
• Build deep client relationships and collaborate with internal teams and advisers
• Ensure requests are handled accurately and records maintained per policies and regulations
• Support the Private Bank Advice teams to deliver end-to-end client experiences
