Job summary

Westpac Bank in Melbourne is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead a Commercial client portfolio and drive new-to-bank business through lending solutions and referrals. You will meet clients across the CBD or Mulgrave, build lasting relationships and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financing.

This role emphasizes coaching and mentoring your team, applying strong credit and deal-structuring skills, and maintaining a robust referral network to support growth and client success.

As a Relationship Manager, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of Commercial business clients. You'll focus on winning new-to-bank customers and developing large business connections with lending. This full-time role which can be based in the CBD or Mulgrave BBC, offers flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. You'll drive growth, source new business through marketing initiatives, and maintain a quality referral network. You'll be out meeting clients, building relationships, and working closely with internal teams. Additionally, you'll take the lead in coaching and mentoring your team.
