You will handle visitor management, meetings, and office operations, while supporting invoicing, inventory, and event setup. The role emphasizes hospitality, communication, and the ability to travel between Sydney locations to assist a growing workplace community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or admin roles.
• Willingness to travel between Sydney offices.
• Diploma from an accredited institute.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Facilities management experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome employees and guests, delivering premium service.
• Respond to inquiries for visitor management, room bookings, and events.
• Handle internal and external calls and correspondence.
• Maintain office content in local knowledge resources.
• Manage office consumables and invoicing processes support.
• Support regional workplace initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with café staff and cleaners for seamless delivery.
