Job summary

JLL in Sydney is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to support the Welcome Reception desk and guest experience. You will deliver first-class hospitality, welcome visitors, assist registrations, and coordinate check-ins.

Collaborative, with strong organisational and communication skills, you will engage with internal partners to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. Join the Wider REWS team, manage meeting room bookings, VIP engagements, and event support while upholding Salesforce REWS

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a corporate office environment.
• Background in hospitality or retail is advantageous.
• Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate to advanced IT skills (Slack, Tableau, Google Workspace).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of Guest Services operations and front‑of‑house efficiency.
• Deliver reception services, assist event registrations and check-ins, and help with VIP engagements.
• Act as in-person concierge with local area and company event information.
• Manage meeting room bookings, support event hosts, and coordinate with security and facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception areas and related spaces.
• Utilize Slack for inquiries, create channels, and route requests to REWS tickets.
