Job summary

JLL is seeking a Concierge for a leading Financial Services client in Sydney. You will be the first contact on site, delivering a high-quality lobby and visitor experience, coordinating day-to-day front-of-house operations in a multinational corporate setting.

You will handle visitor management, meeting support coordination, service requests triage, and vendor coordination while adhering to site procedures and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional front-of-house experience by welcoming clients, visitors, contractors, and employees.
• Manage visitor arrivals and registrations through the Visitor Management System (EMS).
• Maintain reception and foyer presentation in line with policies and procedures.
• Respond to enquiries and provide workplace assistance to staff and visitors.
• Coordinate visitor pre-arrivals and on-arrival logistics where required.
• Triage issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely service.
• Manage security access processes and maintain accurate records.
• Support emergency response, incident management and evacuation procedures.
