Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Community Ambassador – Concierge to greet employees and guests, delivering exceptional hospitality while supporting smooth operations.

You will manage visitor registrations, room bookings and event support, act as the face of the brand, and coordinate with facilities, cafe staff and cleaners to ensure a premium experience for clients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Hospitality, Tourism, retail, administrative sector or related professional area.
• Willing to travel between Sydney offices.
• Diploma from an accredited institute.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Facilities Management experience.
• Customer Service excellence.
• Energy, resilience and a can-do attitude.
• Strong verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Site Operations: Create a welcoming, professional experience for employees and guests.
• Respond to client enquiries for special arrangements, including visitor management, room bookings and event support.
• Handle internal and external calls and correspondence.
• Be an office expert, keeping local SharePoint content up-to-date with images.
• Inventory management and ordering office consumables.
• Assist with invoicing processes to support financial management.
• Support regional initiatives such as system rollouts, training, and workplace digitalisation.
• Collaborate with cafe staff and cleaners to ensure seamless delivery across moving parts.
• Support employee engagement and sense of belonging initiatives.

What this opportunity involves:

The Community Ambassador – Concierge welcomes employees and guests, providing excellent service to strengthen relationships between JLL, clients, and visitors.

Being the face of the organization, they offer genuine hospitality at concierge and create lasting impressions, while supporting smooth operations through administrative tasks and premium service delivery.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Site Operations Create a comfortable, welcoming, and professional experience for employees and their guests.
• Respond to clients’ enquiries for special arrangements or services including but not limited to visitor management, room bookings and event support.
• Handle internal and external calls and correspondence.
• Be an expert on the office and the surrounding area, keeping the local share-point updated with content and images.
• Inventory management/ ordering office consumables.
• Assist with invoicing processes to support financial management in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by Community/ Workplace Manager.
• Support all regional initiatives such as JLL system rollouts, regional training, community engagement, digitalisation of the workplace, sustainability and DE&I.
• Work with the wider team, café staff and cleaners to ensure seamless delivery across all moving parts.

Human Experience

• Support the delivery of programs that drive employee engagement, sense of belonging, excitement and community at work that contribute to employee productivity and pride.
• Build and strengthen relationships with staff and clients, exhibiting our premium service.
• Be the main point of contact and face of the brand for all external and internal personnel.
• Foster a sense of community and create a vibe at work for our team, our client and their guests.
• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required tasks in a prompt and thorough manner.

Visitor Management

• Provide personable and efficient visitor registration services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in managing visitor access through clients Visitor Management Systems (VMS).
• Enhance safety and security of our client’s facility by management of visitor movement.
• Execute emergency response plan to ensure safety of client and guest when necessary.

Meeting Room Booking

• Assist and educate client to achieve optimization and efficiency for meeting room bookings.
• Enhance user comfort and services by efficient turnaround of meeting rooms.
• Setting up and breaking down rooms as necessary for internal and external events
