Job summary

Eaton ANZ Electrical Sector in Australia is hiring a Project Coordinator for Prefabrication & Integration PMO. You will support the PM and Project Engineer(s) in coordinating complex modular assemblies from setup to closeout.

Based in Australia, you will manage SAP-based workflows, procurement, milestones, logistics, and cost tracking, while collaborating across internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Trade, diploma or degree in Business Admin, Project Management, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• At least two years' experience in project coordination, procurement administration or operations support.
• Experience with SAP Project Systems and Materials Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; MS Project, SharePoint, Visio and Adobe Acrobat desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project coordination and operational support per the PMO delivery model.
• Assist PM and Project Engineers with project setup, kick-off readiness and baseline administration.
• Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP for fabricators, vendors and subcontractors.
• Manage and track internal equipment and external supplier milestones for on-time delivery.
• Expedite long-lead materials and fabrication milestones with suppliers.
• Assist in tracking financial baselines, monthly cost commitments and expenditures.
• Prepare and verify invoice milestones and monitor customer payments.
• Coordinate goods receipting for manufacturing milestones and subcontractor services.
• Collect and archive proof of delivery for equipment and project sites.
• Assist with transport logistics, freight, and site delivery notices.
• Maintain project schedules, progress trackers and issue logs for reviews.
• Coordinate with document controllers to ensure handover documentation is complete.
• Support site coordination activities including inductions and site access forms.
• Follow through on closeout processes, close POs and resolve supplier payment discrepancies.
