Job summary

Eaton Group in Australia is seeking a Project Coordinator for Prefabrication & Integration PMO to support the delivery of complex packaged solutions, modular assemblies, and integrated switchrooms from setup to closeout.

You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and fabricators, manage SAP-based workflows, purchase orders, logistics, and project cost administration while maintaining schedules and reports to drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex projects, preferably in electrical/manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with procurement workflows including POs, invoicing and cost admin.
• Proficient in SAP Project Systems and Materials Management.
• Strong communication and multitasking across internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and commercial support to the PMO for prefabrication projects.
• Create POs in SAP for fabricators, vendors and subcontractors.
• Track milestones, logistics, goods receipting and monthly cost statements.
• Maintain project schedules, issue logs and progress reports for reviews.
