Job summary

Treehouse Hotel Adelaide is seeking a Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator to support both sales and marketing during the crucial pre-opening phase through to launch. The role focuses on administrative tasks, campaign coordination, and representing the hotel in client visits.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, with hospitality experience and strong systems knowledge, delivering work to a high professional standard in a fast-paced opening environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales & Marketing coordination in hospitality.
• Exposure to a pre-opening environment or ability to thrive in a dynamic opening phase.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Assist with pre-opening sales activity, marketing coordination, and opening readiness.
• Manage enquiries, proposals, reports, presentations, and sales collateral.
• Maintain accurate client, account, and booking data in Delphi and relevant systems.
• Support the coordination of campaigns, promotional activity, and hotel communications.
• Prepare professional presentations and documents for internal and external use.
• Coordinate and, where required, conduct site inspections for prospective clients and partners.
• Liaise with internal departments to support business development and launch activity.
• Assist with database management, reservations-related coordination, and general commercial administration.
