Job summary

Crystalbrook Aurora in Canberra is seeking a highly organised, proactive Sales Coordinator to help build the sales foundations for our new five-star hotel. You will coordinate client meetings, travel, proposals and contracts, support the sales team with data entry and IT platforms, and ensure processes run smoothly from opening day forward.

This ground-up role offers exposure to pre-opening activities, strong relationship building, and the opportunity to shape guest experiences from day one.

Qualifications

• Relevant hospitality experience or sales coordination background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client meetings, site visits and pre-opening activities.
• Arrange travel and events for team members.
• Plan and action tasks in a structured manner to meet deadlines.
• Support the Sales team with uploading client information using IT platforms.
• Prepare quotations and contracts as required.
• Ensure IT platforms are maintained and used effectively.
• Direct general sales inquiries to the appropriate sales contacts.
• Prepare templates and presentations for proposals.
• Assist with proposals and action documents to support the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
