Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams.

• Maintain accurate client, account, and booking data in Delphi and relevant systems.
• Support the coordination of campaigns, promotional activity, and hotel communications.
• Prepare professional presentations and documents for internal and external use.
• Coordinate and, where required, conduct site inspections for prospective clients and partners.
• Liaise with internal departments to support business development and launch activity.
• Assist with database management, reservations-related coordination, and general commercial administration.

Treehouse Hotel Adelaide is looking for a Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator to join the team during one of the most exciting stages of the hotel journey, from pre-opening through to opening.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, polished, and proactive, with a passion for hospitality and a talent for keeping multiple moving parts on track. Supporting both the Sales and Marketing teams, you will play a key role in bringing the hotel to market, coordinating administration, assisting with campaigns and sales activity, and representing the hotel confidently during site inspections and client visits.

• Previous experience in a Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator or similar hospitality role
• Exposure to a pre-opening environment, or the ability to thrive in a dynamic opening phase
• Strong working knowledge of Delphi
• Experience with reservation systems
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High-level presentation skills, with the confidence to assist with site inspections
• A professional, polished, and guest-focused approach
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
