Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group in Millers Point, NSW, is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the Global Sales Office and assist with planning and coordinating sales events.

The successful candidate will have luxury hotel or global sales experience, a Bachelor/Master in Sales & Marketing, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong MS Office, Opera PMS/S&C, and Delphi skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or global sales environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales and Marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Opera PMS/S&C and Delphi.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Global Sales Office and coordinate sales events.
• Draft proposals and contracts in collaboration with GSO Australia.
• Plan sales trips and tradeshows within travel budgets.
• Manage enquiries and ensure timely responses per LHG standards.
• Maintain Delphi system and update account, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Assist in monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Coordinate distribution of brochures, collateral and giveaways.
