Job summary

Bondi Road Doctors in Sydney is seeking a motivated Assistant Practice Manager to support the Practice Manager in daily operations, coordinating reception and administrative services and ensuring an excellent patient experience.

You will assist with the overall efficiency of the practice and may step into Practice Manager responsibilities when required, providing continuity of service and strong team support.

Qualifications

• Experience as Medical Receptionist is essential.
• Proficiency in Best Practice software desirable.
• Experience as assistant Practice Manager or Senior Medical Receptionist highly regarded.
• Sound understanding of daily operations and admin requirements of a medical practice.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident to support colleagues, encourage teamwork and demonstrate leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, approachable manner.
• Commitment to outstanding patient service, confidentiality and ethical conduct.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and patient privacy obligations.
