Job summary

Bupa Darlinghurst is seeking an experienced front desk professional to support the Practice Manager across two clinics. This part-time role focuses on rostering, recruitment support, team performance reviews and financial oversight in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will coach the team to hit KPI targets, improve patient experience and maintain seamless front desk operations, with acting Practice Manager duties in their absence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior front desk experience and/or practice management.
• Proficiency with Best Practice software is preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager with recruitment, rostering, and team performance reviews.
• Assist in financial oversight and regulatory compliance across clinics.
• Coach and develop the team to achieve KPI targets and practice goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance patient experience.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and maintain effective communication.
• Manage front desk operations and act as Acting Practice Manager in absence.
