Everton Hills Dental Clinic, part of Quality Dental Care Group, seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead two Brisbane clinics. You’ll own daily operations, front-of-house performance and the commercial results with autonomy and group support.

We want a decisive leader who can foster a positive, high-performing culture, manage staff scheduling and KPIs, and drive patient-centred care while keeping systems consistent across sites.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry, with Practice Management experience in a multi-site clinic.
• Confident making decisions independently, while working with and supporting the owner's direction
• Proven ability to create a positive work environment, where employees feel heard, are engaged, and work collaboratively
• Commercially and financially astute - you understand how a full book drives the business, and how to lead the people who fill it
• Strong with financial administration and detail, particularly banking and reconciliation
• Comfortable managing people and driving a high performance, engaged culture
• Ability to manage staff schedules and competing priorities at once
• Open to new systems, technology and ways of working
• Calm under pressure, clear in your communication
• Genuine care for patients and for the people you lead
• Commitment to providing a warm, high-quality, patient-centred care
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Reliability and a genuine passion for the industry

Responsabilidades

• Leading, supporting and developing the clinical and front office teams across both clinics
• Creating a positive work environment, and ensuring engagement of staff
• Driving career development and mentoring of staff
• Owning the daily schedule - utilisation, gaps, patient flow and a full book
• Rostering, performance management and team development
• Driving clinic performance against agreed KPIs, with clear line of sight to production
• Coaching the team responsible for filling the books, and holding them to it
• Daily banking, reconciliation and cash handling
• Payment of supplier and dentist invoices
• Stock, ordering and general clinic organisation
• Facilities, maintenance and clinic presentation
• Handling escalations and resolving issues calmly and professionally
• Keeping systems and processes consistent across both sites

Dakabin and Everton Hills Dental Clinics are multi-location practices with one owner, and a team that genuinely loves what they do. Part of the broader Quality Dental Care Group - a national, growing, multi-site dental group focused on well-run clinics, strong systems and great teams - these 2 clinics have the resources of a group behind it, with none of the corporate red tape. You'll run these clinics your way, with support there when you want it.

About the Role

This role is about ownership. You'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of both clinics, from front-of-house performance through to the operational detail behind the scenes, and you'll own the commercial result that comes with it.

You'll lead a modern, growing practice with a young team of dental assistants and dentists. We're looking for a leader, not a manager: someone who earns the team's respect rather than expecting it, who leads by example, and who can meet people where they are.

About You

You're experienced, self-sufficient, and commercially sharp. You don't need someone looking over your shoulder, and you're at your best when you're trusted to run things properly.
