Ochre Health Ltd invites applications for a dynamic Practice Manager at Ochre Medical Centre Eumundi to lead a high-performing team of doctors, registered nurses, and administrative staff. You will oversee clinical governance, operations and patient experience in a busy community clinic.

To succeed, you should have strong leadership skills, hands-on financial management, and a solid understanding of Medicare scheduling within the Australian health system.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of the Medicare Schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Healthcare management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure best practice primary health care.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for adynamic, passionate, and experienced Practice Manager to lead our fantasticteam of highly experienced doctors, registered nurses and administrative team members at our Ochre Eumundi practice.

Location: Ochre Medical Centre Eumundi

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Practice providesbest practiceprimary health care to the community
• Ensure process and systems are in accordance with National Standards for Accreditation
• Manage team performance of practice clinical and non-clinical employees
• Source and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, health providers, and community organisations
• Develop and implement a practice business plan which will enhance further an already high standard of patient health outcomes while driving financial sustainability
• Previous experience in management (any industry, ideally 3– 5+years’ experience working with multidisciplinary teams will be highly regarded)
• Experience in financial management and reporting processes
• Good working knowledgeof the MedicareSchedule
• Strength in building customer and stakeholder relationships
• Ability to manage a diverse range of Team members and contractors
• Demonstrated patient-focused approach in service provision
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
