Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of the Medicare Schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Healthcare management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure best practice primary health care.
• Ensure compliance with National Standards for Accreditation.
• Manage performance of clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Develop and implement a business plan to sustain finances.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders and health providers.
• Source and maintain relationships with community organisations.
• Drive patient outcomes and financial sustainability.
